Positive thinking, courage, and perseverance have been the foundation of my training and competition. Whether someone is watching me compete, following me on social media, learning from my videos, etc… it is important to me to share this message! It has been fun using my creative side to design these products and I hope they help spread the values that have carried me through the highs and lows of training and competition.
